# Roll out the drops in four steps

A clear path from first call to a crew that carries electrolytes on every shift, with JMAR support at each step.

A rollout takes four steps. Book a demo. Build a hydration plan with JMAR and your safety manager. Stage the drops where crews work, in trucks, coolers and first aid kits. Train the crew in a toolbox talk. JMAR then checks in on your inventory and trainings.

- ## Fits your safety plan

JMAR integrates with the protocols you already run, so nothing gets replaced.

- ## Onsite product education

JMAR teaches your crew and supervisors how to use the drops.

- ## Staged where heat hits

Keep drops in tool bags, trucks, hydration stations and first aid kits.

- ## Support after launch

Ongoing check-ins on inventory and new trainings.

## How does a crew roll out Rapid Restoration Drops?

Most crews roll out in four steps: demo, plan, stage, train. JMAR stays involved after launch. The goal is simple. Every worker can reach electrolytes the moment a shift gets hard, and every supervisor knows what to do.

## Step 1: Book a demo

Start with a [15-minute demo](https://calendly.com/jen-jmarsolutions/15-min-meeting) with JMAR founder Jennifer Martinez. Tell her your crew size, trades and sites. If you want to try the product first, request a [free sample](https://jmarsolutions.multisites.ai/free-sample).

## Step 2: Build the plan

JMAR works with your safety manager to fit the drops into your current heat and cold stress program. This is the CREATE step of the [Hydration Game Plan](https://jmarsolutions.multisites.ai/hydration-programs). The plan names who carries the drops, where they are stored, and when crews use them.

## Step 3: Stage the drops

Put the drops where heat exposure and field decisions happen. JMAR lists these access points:

- Tool bags
- Hydration stations
- Work vehicles
- First aid stations and kits
- Individual worker bottles
- Next to a drink dispenser, so each worker adds their own dose

Single-serve packets fit pockets and go-bags. Pick the format that fits each spot. See the [shop](https://jmarsolutions.multisites.ai/shop) for sizes and prices.

## Step 4: Train the crew

JMAR runs onsite toolbox talks so crews know how to use the drops and when to call for help. For a ready script, use the [heat toolbox talk guide](https://jmarsolutions.multisites.ai/guides/heat-toolbox-talk). A [buddy system](https://jmarsolutions.multisites.ai/glossary/buddy-system) also helps crews spot trouble early.

Heat stroke is an emergency. Call 911. See the [emergency protocol](https://jmarsolutions.multisites.ai/resources/emergency-protocol).

## The missing layer in most heat plans

Prevention plans stop at water, rest and shade. Emergency care starts at 911. JMAR fills the gap in between, so crews can respond earlier.

1. Prevention

    ### Water, rest, shade

Your heat plan, training and breaks. It stays first.

2. Restoration

    ### Replace what sweat takes

Rapid Restoration Drops and coaching, on the jobsite, in real time.

3. Emergency care

    ### Call 911

Heat stroke is a medical emergency. Call 911 and cool the worker.

## Questions crews and safety managers ask

### How long does a rollout take?

JMAR does not publish a set timeline. Rollout depends on your crew size, sites and shifts. Book a 15-minute demo and JMAR will map a plan to your start date.

### Do the drops replace our heat safety plan?

No. JMAR says the drops integrate with existing safety protocols. Water, shade, rest and training stay in place. The drops add an electrolyte step to the plan you already use.

### Where should we keep the drops on site?

JMAR suggests tool bags, hydration stations, work vehicles, first aid stations and kits, or individual worker bottles. Place them where crews already reach for a drink.

### Who supports us after the first week?

JMAR checks in as often as needed to review your inventory and give new trainings. Customers also report reaching JMAR support at any time of day.
