What are the vision and mission?
The Restoration Movement was built to give crews a real-time safeguard that better protects people and projects from the risks caused by dehydration. When workers are protected on the job, they show up stronger at home. JMAR says that is where the real impact of a healthy workforce culture begins.
JMAR’s line: we restore what the work takes, to better protect the people who keep this country moving.
What are the five core values?
JMAR runs on five values. Each is below in the company’s words, with its verse.
Honor
God, He is the greatest restorer. “God used salt to heal the water, never again will it cause death or make the land unproductive” - 2 Kings 19-22
Generosity
We believe in giving more than the minimum required. Stewardship is not scarcity. God blesses us to be a blessing to others. “Whoever refreshes others will be refreshed.” - Proverbs 11:25
Excellence
True excellence flows from a heart aligned with God. As we depend on Him, He helps us rise above average thinking, overcome challenges, and make a lasting impact for His glory. “Daniel became distinguished above all the other high officials and satraps, because an excellent spirit was in him.” - Daniel 6:3
Integrity
We do the right thing when no one is watching, standing firm in what we know is true. “Better to be poor and honest than to be dishonest and rich.” - Proverbs 28:6
Relationships
We believe that Divine alignments will always lead to Divine assignments. We focus on being relational, not transactional. Relational = Spiritual. Transactional = material. “Do all that you can to live in peace with everyone… Don’t let evil conquer you, but conquer evil by doing good.” - Romans 12:17-18,21
How do the values show up in the work?
Generosity and relationships show in the Hydration Game Plan, where JMAR checks in on your crew’s inventory and trainings as often as needed. See hydration programs. Integrity shows in the label facts and plain claims on the Made in the USA page.
Does your heat stress plan include restoration?
For years, companies have been told to rely on water, rest, shade, acclimation and flavored packets. Crews still cramp, tire and lose focus. JMAR says prevention without restoration leaves workers exposed when symptoms have already started.
Workforce Restoration Systems aim to give leadership and crews a real-time response tool. Heat stroke is still a 911 emergency. Read the emergency protocol. Meet the people behind the movement on the leadership team page, and see the about hub.
