Which crews does JMAR serve?
JMAR serves crews that work hard in heat or cold: construction, warehouse, manufacturing, first response and government. Each page below shows the hazards, the formats that fit and the questions buyers ask. All rely on the same base: water, rest and shade first, then a response layer.
Read the heat stress prevention pillar for that base. Learn terms such as heat stress, electrolyte and hydration.
How does JMAR work with each industry?
Every industry gets the same three-part Hydration Game Plan: Create the plan with your safety manager, Educate crews with onsite toolbox talks, and Achieve results with ongoing coaching. JMAR says the drops are a response layer, not a replacement for water, rest and shade. Start with the hydration programs page and the implementation guide.
What do construction crews get?
JMAR names concrete, landscaping, roofing, HVAC and road construction crews. The drops mix into any jobsite drink, and a bottle holds 48 servings.
What do warehouse teams get?
Warehouse teams deal with heavy lifting, long shifts, limited airflow and hot docks. Supervisors can stage the drops at docks, breakrooms and first-aid kits.
What do manufacturing teams get?
Plants add radiant and process heat to the load. JMAR offers manufacturing-specific training with the drops, built around Respond, Restore and Recover.
What do first responders get?
JMAR lists firefighters, wildfire crews, military and National Guard units, and utility teams. Packets fit duty bags, rehab sectors and response kits.
Read the first responders page.
What do government and municipal crews get?
Public works, road crews, parks teams and emergency management can buy with Texas CMBL, TIPS and woman-owned vendor status. JMAR offers government pricing and training.
Read the government page. Agencies can also see government purchasing.
How do the pages compare?
| Industry | Common heat load | Format JMAR highlights |
|---|---|---|
| Construction | Outdoor work, heavy gear and PPE | 4 oz bottle, packets for trucks and belts |
| Warehouse | Docks, trailers, limited airflow | Bottles at stations, packets for floors |
| Manufacturing | Radiant and process heat | Stations plus plant training |
| First responders | Heavy PPE, long operations | Packets for duty bags and kits |
| Government | Mixed field work, long deployments | Bulk and government pricing |
Heat illness can be fatal. If a worker shows confusion, slurred speech or unconsciousness, call 911. The drops are a dietary supplement and not a substitute for emergency care. See the emergency protocol and the hydration programs.
