Who leads JMAR Solutions?
Five people lead JMAR. Jennifer Martinez founded the company and runs it as CEO. The rest of the team covers operations, training, technology and field support. Their profiles are above.
What is the idea behind JMAR?
Heat does not wait for perfect conditions. Workers face humidity, radiant heat, heavy workloads, PPE, fatigue, long shifts and schedule pressure. Those factors can wear a worker down even when a company does many things right.
Jennifer built Rapid Restoration Systems to give crews and supervisors a fast, field-ready response tool that fits into an existing safety program. JMAR says crews can stage it where exposure and field decisions happen: coolers, trucks, trailers, first aid kits, high-exposure work zones and remote operations. See how a crew does this in the implementation overview.
Does your heat stress plan include restoration?
For years, companies have been told to rely on water, rest, shade, acclimation and flavored packets. Crews still cramp, tire and lose focus. JMAR’s view: prevention without restoration leaves workers exposed when symptoms have already started.
You cannot control every lifestyle habit, medication, stressor or environmental factor workers bring to the site. You can control whether your team has restoration ready when the crash starts. Review heat stress prevention or the hydration programs.
What do the values behind the team look like?
The team works from five core values. Read them on the Restoration Movement page. For where the product comes from, see Made in the USA.
