How did JMAR start?

For years, safety plans have leaned on water, shade, rest, training, acclimatization and monitoring. Those layers matter. Founder Jennifer Martinez saw a gap. When prevention is in place and heat still begins to affect a worker, what does the field have to respond in that moment?

That question became the foundation for Rapid Restoration Systems. Jennifer describes herself as a Christ follower, wife, mom, friend and former sports medicine trainer. She has over 20 years in the fitness industry, with a specialty in hydration. Her mission is to protect the frontline workers who power our world.
